ARE THE PRODUCTS FULL SPECTRUM OR CBD ISOLATE?
In general, full spectrum, broad spectrum and wide spectrum are not scientific terms and mean different things to different people. We prefer to call our products “Wide Spectrum” because they feature a wide range of cannabinoids and terpenes. Since there are hundreds of such compounds found in Cannabis plants, we feel it is unfair to call a product “full spectrum” unless each of these compounds are indeed present.. which is not the case for any of the products. We encourage you to take a look at our lab reports to see the full list of Cannabinoids and Terpenes in each of our products.
WHAT IS THE EXTRACTION PROCESS AND WHY?
Our products feature hemp extracts that are extracted using an ethanol extraction process. There are two reasons we prefer ethanol extraction over all others.
1. Preservation of the active ingredients, such as cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and esters from the plant. This is important for maximum synergistic efficacy.
2. It is easy to purge the hemp extract of any residual ethanol after the extraction, leaving zero ethanol in the finished products. (Please see the Residual Solvent section in any of our lab results)
WILL THESE PRODUCTS MAKE ME FEEL “HIGH”?
Simply put, no.
All our tincture products are formulated from hemp and are non-intoxicating. Hemp is a type of cannabis that contains less than 0.3% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC is what is responsible for the “high” feeling that has been traditionally associated with cannabis. Our tinctures are whole plant extracts featuring the full spectrum of phytocannabinoids with under 0.3% of THC. Please refer to our lab results for each product for exact values (see lab reports).
